2 on 1 Triangle

Jason Hall shows off a very affective technique from closed guard, its the arm bar using the 2 on 1. With a closed guard, you get your cross grip followed by your hand on your partners elbow. At this point, it is safe to open up your closed guard and move into the open guard. With your left leg, you will keep this on your opponents shoulder so that you can keep some distance between you. Your other leg will move into a lasso position, but you will keep pushing it forward so that your feet is across your partners neck. Now you can extend your hips, while hold his elbow, straighten his arm for the armbar. The amazing part about this technique is that you don't have to get a crazy angle to finish the armbar, it can pretty much be done while being square with your opponent.
